Austin Microgreens provides outstanding quality organic and heirloom varieties of micro greens, shoots, sprouts and mini veggies grown and harvested to-order. Choose to sample any of our varieties or mixes, and with in 3 weeks depending on the product growth time, we can deliver a custom order to your restaurant/store.

We strive to be efficient and continually improve the way we run our farm. Sustainability is our number one priority to minimize wasted resources so we can sustain our business now and into the future. Because of the mild climate and our custom farming platform in Austin, TX the need for heating and cooling our greenhouses is greatly minimized, therefore reducing our carbon-footprint in our community.

Austin Microgreens is a small Veteran family farm that is proud to be accountable for food safety and take extreme precaution towards cleanliness, sanitation and safety of what we produce, knowing our clients are kept to the same standard with the USDA.
